Who is responsible
The data controller is NEOMODULUS S.L. (NIF B22838502), Plaza Pastoreta 1, 11 1a, Reus (Tarragona), Spain. For any privacy question, write to privacy@neoolympus.ai.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email and password (stored hashed).
- Content you send: prompts, files, images and audio, and the answers generated.
- Usage data: models used, credits spent, timing and errors, to bill you and improve routing.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
Why we use it
- To provide the service and route your requests to AI models (contract).
- To bill you and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep NeoAI secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To send product news, only if you agree (consent).
AI model providers
To answer a request, NeoAI sends its content to the AI provider that handles it (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or others), through our model gateway. We choose providers that do not use API data to train their models by default. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Country and currency
To show prices in euros or US dollars, the website looks up the country of your IP address on our own server, using the IP to Country Lite database by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0). The address is not stored and is never sent to anyone for this.
How long we keep it
Chats and files stay until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax law. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use, by writing to privacy@neoolympus.ai. You can also export or delete everything from Settings. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and actions that change something in your connected apps always ask for your confirmation.
