The service
NeoAI gives you access to AI models from several providers in one place. Available models, features and limits can change over time.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian where the law allows. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits, plans and payment
Plans include a monthly balance of credits. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added at checkout. Unused plan credits do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use paid credits during that period you agree that the service begins immediately, and the refund will be reduced by the credits already used.
Acceptable use
- Do not use NeoAI to break the law, harm others, or create malware, weapons or abusive content.
- Do not try to bypass limits, resell access, or overload the service.
- Respect the usage policies of the model providers, which also apply.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you send and to the output you receive, as far as the law allows. You give us the permissions needed to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
No guarantees
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important results. The service is provided as is, within the limits allowed by law.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in advance by email or in the app.
